Created in 2023 {NDCC 50-06-46}, the North Dakota Cross-Disability Advisory Council is tasked with providing feedback to the Department of Health and Human Services on:

1.  The implementation, planning, and design of the cross-disability children's waiver. 

​

2. Level of care reform for the comprehensive developmental disabilities Medicaid home and community-based waiver.

​

3. A service option that will allow payment to a legally responsible individual who provides extraordinary care to an eligible individual through the Medicaid 1915(c) waivers​.
